      Using the DiSC behavioral survey, this session is designed to help you understand yourself and others in order to communicate more effectively. The survey provides a framework for looking at human behavior while increasing your knowledge of your unique behavioral pattern.  Based on the results of this survey, we use individual and group activities to maximize the learning process. 

      The goal of this practical approach is to provide you the tools and skills you’ll need for communicating effectively, reducing conflict and misunderstandings and building stronger teams.
