The age of command-and-control as the only tool for effective leadership is gone forever.  In this workshop we describe and practice adaptive leadership styles tailored to the specific work situation.  A successful leader must be flexible in applying leadership skills while remaining firm, consistent, fair, and encouraging.  He or she must be able to diagnose the work setting and understand when to direct, support, or delegate.  Participants will learn how to get the most out of their team by keeping the work challenging and motivating.
