Wellness and Balance Workshop

Four in ten Americans describe their lives as highly stressful.  A successful balancing act between family and career is becoming rare and often takes a toll on both aspects of daily life.

In this workshop we will examine the building blocks of a healthy lifestyle considering the four major components; physical, mental, social-emotional, and spiritual health.  Participants will develop a Personal Wellness Plan and construct a behavior-modification tool designed to bridge the gap between good intentions and healthy life-long action.
