We must all learn to be accountable for our decisions and responsibilities.  Accepting responsibility builds trust and leads to empowerment.  In this seminar, you will learn to avoid “below the line” thinking and behavior; the victim-cycle and blame game.  You will also learn “solution-oriented” thinking and behavior that maximize personal effectiveness and productivity.  We will also examine and practice the phrasing of questions and feedback in a manner that minimizes defensiveness, eliminates negativity, and promotes a solution-oriented team focus.
